A catalogue of the stations on the Central line from Ongar to West Ruislip in poetic format. Each poem visits the history of the station or its area and where these do not provide enough inspiration a play of the station title beckons. Written mostly as facts, these poems provide a brief insight to the locale of the Central line tube stations, whether in the heart of the Metropolis or in the open fields of suburbia.
