PHONOGRIMM: German Phonetics through the Magic of the Brothers' Grimm Fairy Tales is an introduction to German phonetics combined with practicing German pronunciation and the art of storytelling. The focus is on understanding the phonetic representation (IPA) and the oral sound production. This combined textbook and workbook uses the brothers' Grimm Fairy Tales, the Kinder- und Hausm rchen (KHM), as a guiding theme for phonetic exercises and to practice reading and telling the tales.
