Perspectives on Dialogue: Making Talk Developmental for Individuals and Organizations

In organizations today, there is a growing sense that complexity is increasing while our ability to deal with it is not. The only effective response to this situation is development - both individual and organizational - and one means of development that we are hearing more about is dialogue. This report provides a synthesis of the prevailing ideas about dialogue and then relates this to individual and organizational development.
