Recent advances in psychology and education, medical and allied sciences, genetics, and human growth and development have made Personality Development a central and significant part of educational curriculum and transactional analysis. In recent years, Personality Development has unquestionably occupied an important and central place at the undergraduate and post graduate studies in psychology and education, vocational guidance and selection and in industrial houses, medical colleges, hospitals, public schools, disability sciences and Skill Development Departments of Government of India. Personality Development courses have also become an important segment of professional examinations and army establishments.
