Pelvis and hip fractures

This manuscript is a practical guide for all orthopaedic surgery and traumatology residents. Fractures of the pelvis and acetabulum pose a challenge in learning each detailed classification and their appropriate treatment, and this guide offers a synthesis of all types and their management. Hip fractures, on the other hand, constitute a great element in the training process of the resident, having to learn in a short time each step in the diagnosis and treatment, as well as the different osteosynthesis modalities.
