Paymaster

A member of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division, Captain Dan Shaffer investigates the brutal murders of a mother and her two children. He tracks the suspect from Indiana through the south and into the rugged mountain country of Colorado. When he captures the suspect, he learns he has the wrong man.He discovers that there are killers lurking in the massive computers of the U.S. Army Finance Center.
