Path dependence in anti-poverty actions

This book is the result of a doctoral thesis that focused on anti-poverty actions implemented in Brazil, Mexico and Peru. The anti-poverty policies in Latin America have been central since the 1990s, so this thesis focused on studying the specificities in the design of the actions that make up the anti-poverty policy in the region.
