Passions of the North

Kunstsilo welcomes you to the very first exhibition in our new museum building. Kunstsilo is home to the Tangen collection, with over 5,500 works collected over 30 years by Nicolai Tangen. Passions of the North is the largest single presentation of the Tangen collection to date. Curated by art historian Åsmund Thorkildsen, the around 600 works take us on an exciting and diverse journey through Nordic art in the 20th century.
