A Pandemic Awakening: My Journey to Spiritual Healing tells the story of one woman's spiritual awakening. Beginning with memories of a past life in Pompeii and proceeding through a series of teachers-earthly and spiritual, the author shares the techniques that she used to facilitate her own spiritual growth. She accomplishes this by releasing negative emotional baggage and by practicing self-love and compassion instead.
