Outlier Revolutions

Deep in Earth's future, massive blizzards threaten transporters as they transfer vital goods across the frozen wastelands lying between the three surviving communities. The daunting conditions spark evolutionary changes as a subspecies of humans known as Outliers develop enhanced abilities. Dry, a bad-ass transporter with psychic abilities and a love for hard drinks, must overcome her tortured past and thwart others of her kind who seek to subjugate mankind.
