ONLY THE DEAD HAVE SEEN THE END OF WARThe nation of Japan is connected via wormhole to a place called the Holy Eldant Empire in a parallel fantasy world, but it's turning out that might not be such a good thing: Bahairam, the next country over and Eldant's sworn enemy, seems to be self-destructing! Shinichi and his friends are there thanks to a prophecy from Myusel's mother, Falmelle. Inside a secret military facility called the Dragon's Den, they encounter a mysterious young woman named Theresa Bigelow. She claims to be a lieutenant with the North American Union. It turns out this is really a factory from the far future, and that the reactor that powers it is on the fritz! If it blows, it's going to take Bahairam and Eldant with it. And Shinichi is supposedly the only one who can stop it. Can a simple otaku from Japan transform into the hero of a magical war?!
