Jerry Uelsmann is a modern master of photography - one of a select group of practitioners who can be said to have altered the actual language of the medium. Beginning in the 1960s, Uelsmann experimented with producing images from multiple negatives, a technique that anticipated the digital image revolution by a generation and influenced countless visual artists the world over.
