Mickser is a timid, weak-sighted fellow, whose sister, Linda,died as a result of drug abuse. Two bullies, Chin Nolan andBozo Casey, make his life in Druimeen post primary schoolmiserable. Things change when his Granddad, Jimmy, giveshim an ancient disc to be used together with spells that cancause troublemakers to sneeze or itch. One night, he and hisGranddad visit Hag’s Mountain to obtain the powerful ‘FireSpell’. Meanwhile, Yaku, an African boy, has become Mickser’sally in the fight to outwit the ‘baddies’ and win the love of hisclassmate, Cynthie.
