Origins of constitutional rights

The book "The Origins of Constitutional Rights" by Professor Ademar Ismen reviews different constitutional systems and analyzes the rights and duties stipulated in constitutions. The book is divided into two main parts: The first deals with the English constitution and the formation of Parliament, and highlights the differences between the two feudal systems in England and France, in addition to the responsibilities placed on the king and the government in that period.
