Orienteering sport at school

The present book is about the concept, historical summary and benefits of the sport of Orienteering, having as objective to verify if it is possible to work with this sport inside the school environment in an adapted way. Although it is practiced in natural environments, it is a very beneficial sport for those who practice it and, at the same time, it covers contents from several areas of knowledge, becoming an interdisciplinary sport.
