Omphalocele in Newborns

The monograph collects scientific research data on the incidence, diagnosis and acquisition of omphalocele in newborns on the basis of their own clinical material.The anatomical forms and the relationship between the corresponding malformation and the size of omphalocele are thoroughly studied.The authors proposed an original method of anterior abdominal wall plasty by tissue in large size omphalocele. All this led to a significant improvement in the results of surgical treatment of this malformation.
