The author has developed a plot, which succeeds in eliminating a dictator while sparing the lives of innocent people. The motivation to write this book stemmed from the failure to terminate a long lasting dictatorship. It offers a modus operandi to eliminate dictatorships wherever they develop.

The book describes a realistic mechanism to depose a dictator and presents a plausible scenario that could follow this termination.
