Oil law and public administration

It contextualises the importance of establishing a new regulatory model for the exploration and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the pre-salt layer area, through a constitutional comparison of various doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings. In this sense, the central legal aspect of this publication is the exercise of the activities that are part of the monopoly assured to the Union, considering the need to establish a new state-owned company for this specific purpose.
