Of Law, Liberty and Morality

Is Justice a Static Entity with little change? Or is Justice constantly Evolving? Indeed, can Justice exist without Evolution? Of Law, Liberty and Morality looks at these questions, focusing on situations such as War Crimes Trials which have necessitated developing revised and even new concepts in Law, Justice and indeed Legal Philosophy. Via a new Legal Pyramid Model examining Rights, Principles, Rules and Process, this work shows that, in the words of the Roman Jurist, "Rigid law is the denial of justice".
