Ode of a Foreign Stray

The seed which ultimately gave birth to Ode of a Foreign Stray began to develop when, in my mid-forties, poetry started flowing through my mind -- night and day. From time to time I didn''t know where a poem was taking me. I enjoyed those occasions most, because they generally led to a brief excursion into self-discovery. It is my hope that readers of Ode of a Foreign Stray will have as much enjoyment reading it, as I had writing it.
