O Heavenly Father

Set in the 1970s and 1980s, O Heavenly Father tells the story of Rodney Sullivan. Beginning at a young age, Rodney was fully entrenched in the Catholic Church, and his passion for the religion was unparalleled. To appease his overbearing mother, Rodney had lofty dreams of becoming a priest, much like his role model Father Fitzsimmons. During his teenage years, for reasons he could not quite understand, Rodney lost his thirst for God, the Bible, the Church and was separating himself from his dreams. O Heavenly Father leads the reader down a dark and dangerous path, exposing the realities of the Catholic Church.
