Now the angels are safe

The new novel by the writer Muhammad Abdullah Sami, winner of the Sawiris Cultural Award twice: "Now the angels are safe." The novel tells about the days of a soldier''s service guarding the Akhenaten Temple at Tell el-Amarna in our modern era, and about the strange visits he witnesses at night in the temple, and about his relationship with his fellow guards, which developed because of those visits. It took him to different, far-off places, and left him with questions and ideas greater than what he could think of.
