Trish Porter is living a perfectly happy life when a ghost decides to haunt her. Why? She has no idea, but she has to find out. Her life might depend on the answer. The specter turns out to be a squirrelly ghost, never revealing himself to others. This makes Trish sound a bit crazy when she describes her skirmishes. The one person that comes to believe her is Peterson, her childhood friend and confidant. Together they work toward proving that a person who died almost forty years ago is, in fact, not guilty of a heinous crime attached to his name.
