No Place for a Toddler

When an unknown witch destroys their town, Phoebe and her team are separated from the adult witches. Not knowing if their friends or family are alive or dead, they set up camp and try to figure out what happened. A witch tries to snatch Galaxzis, and the team puts him under strong guard. What would a strong witch want with an untrained, untransformed four-year-old witch?
