No Longer A Slave: To the Church

If you are still in the church, don't you feel miserable? Yes, you and me both. And I am a Pastor So, imagine what you must be feeling as you think about attending church Sunday after Sunday.

"No Longer A Slave - to the church" explores the lives of men and women who have quit the church with good reason. The book reveals how, when you love the Lord, religious leaders will likely hate you.

Thankfully, Adrian, one of those religious leaders, whose story is told in the opening chapters of No Longer A Slave, found Jesus. He promptly left the church because he realized that Jesus is not to be found in the church. God? Yes. Jesus? Not likely.

You can find Jesus elsewhere, perhaps on a college campus or at a crusade or even by a personal systematic study of the bible. Once you do that, you may choose to return to the church - or not.
