Something Sinister is happening on Nightingale Street...
That's what young sorcerer Garnett Whittington has discovered. Moving from his native Scotland to New Orleans, Garnett hoped he could leave his family's tradition of magic and curses behind. But Garnett learns that he's not the only sorcerer in the city. Nicholas and Isaiah Prowl-two very powerful sorcerers also call New Orleans home. When Nicholas begins dabbling with dark magic and voodoo, he unleashes a dark and evil spirit known as the Papa Legba. Guided by his spiritual raven, Garnett must team up with the mysterious sorceress Alice McCoy and Isaiah Prowl to stop Nicholas from conjuring up the evil spirits of the city's past and destroying New Orleans and all of its human inhabitants.
