New Odes to the Jade Terrace (two volumes)

New Odes to the Jade Terrace is a collection of poems compiled by the Southern Dynasties poet Xu Ling, and it is also the earliest surviving collection of poems in our country (Book of Songs belongs to the Department of Classics in ancient times, not a book of the Department of Collections). The book contains ten volumes, selected from 840 poems from Han Dynasty to Liang Dynasty. New Odes to the Jade Terrace collected mostly female-themed poems, which reflected the trend of "e;pursuing new changes"e; in the poetry world at that time, and promoted the life and secularization of poetry themes, and also promoted the development and progress of poetry expression skills, and has an important position in the history of Chinese poetry, literature and even cultural history.
