New Housekeeping

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. A 'moderate income, two babies, and constant demands on my time, was the situation that faced me several years ago. I liked housework, and was especially fond of cooking; but the deadening point about the Whole situation was that I never seemed to finish my work, never seemed to get anywhere, and that I almost never had any leisure time to myself.
