Neuromeningeal mobilization

Cervicobrachial neuralgia corresponds to a dysfunction of the peripheral nervous system, leading to a major handicap in patients' daily lives. Several rehabilitation protocols have been tried in the management of these patients, including neuromeningeal mobilization. The aim of our work was therefore to study the effectiveness of this technique.Neuromeningeal mobilization for the treatment of cervicobrachial neuralgia has been shown to be more effective than conventional rehabilitation, especially in terms of pain and psychological effects.
