Brigadier General (Retd.) Keshar Bahadur Bhandari PhD, is a Defense & Security Analyst. He is credited for drafting the first ever national security policy document of Nepal while serving in the National Security Council Secretariat. He was Military Advisor in the UN mission in Afghanistan & Pakistan. He is a visiting scholar in various universities and security institutions. His writings appear regularly in journals and newspapers.
