Naked Code

Naked Code reveals the underlying principles and techniques of all programming languages. The author demonstrates how this deeper level of understanding can help all programmers quickly master any programming language. The author begins with an overview of the fundamental, underlying operations common to all programming languages--what he calls the "Three Pillars" of data, logic, and arithmetic. He then shows how these common operations are performed at the machine level via machine language. By the end of this book, readers will be able to understand how to design and build two relatively sophisticated applications.
