The Nachlese, a collection of papers on Greek literature and thinking, as well as the history of classical studies, follows on from the author s Kleinen Schriften, published in 1999 (Beitrage zur Altertumskunde 132 ). This time the spectrum of topics is wider. The history of science is more prominent, and the final contribution consists of a textual interpretation that is only relevant methodically."
