"My Teacher is Autistic" Is a story that will help children understand that autism exists, adults have it too, and differences aren't inherently bad. Author Diana Barr is herself the main influence for the book as she is an English teacher with autism. Living and working in Japan for some years now she saw the need to help kids understand more about mental health. Diana brought her script to the diverse team at iiiSekai Production Studios. Working alongside Bitsy Tandem, CEO and Publisher at the studio who has Dyslexia, and with Joichi-Chan an illustrator with ADHD, this small but passionate team, worked for over 2 years to bring you a book to help all understand the reality of mental health.
