The story of a boy that is learning to drive his ADHD mind. This book was written from a conversation with my 9-year-old son Gabriel, in which he has shared how he feels and how he perceives his own ADHD mind.

In this book, we also share some strategies, such as the color zones linked to feelings and the menu of activities for self-regulate, focus, and success that you can create at home and even use at school.
