My Book of Shadows

This book is many things. It is NOT a book of shadows for witchcraft. It is however a book that compiles your thoughts, feelings, emotions, stuck traumas and more; also known as your shadows. These things must be brought to the surface, examined, dissected, and you have to allow yourself to see the real truth within your shadows. Consider this a guide to help you work through your fears, your trust issues, and your issues with boundaries. This is shadow work at it's finest. This book is not meant for the person who is just merely curious; but for the person who is ready to let go of all that does not truly serve their highest being. This is YOUR book of YOUR SHADOWS.
