"My Best Friend Is Gone" is the heart felt dedication of a 10 year old girl named Jala. She loved her neighbor Jennifer and has many good memories of her. this book is dedicated to her friend and the love her friend showed everyone she met. The night of March 19, 2017 Jennifer was at a cookout at the home of her mother and friends. She was waiting at the end of the driveway for her friend Georgia to arrive. Georgia had never been to the house and Jennifer went out to let her know which house it was. A car came speeding by. Jennifer stepped forward yelling to slow down when another speeding car chasing the first car, hit her, right in front of friends. There was no way to have an open casket due to the extent of the damage done by the vehicle.
