The old Russian folklore contains games and funny plays, accompanied not only by the movements of hands and fingers, but also by singing. Studies by the Institute of Physiology of Children and Adolescents of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Russian Federation have proved the positive impact of subtle movements of the fingers accompanied by music on children's development. The musical finger games offered in this collection were created by the author as a result of a great creative experience in the department of early aesthetic development at children's schools of arts of Goryachiy Klyuch. The combination of finger gymnastics with bright musical images creates a favorable emotional background, teaches how to concentrate and distribute attention correctly, develops memory, a sense of rhythm and musical pitch, helps to imagine and fantasize. This collection received a certificate of the VI Moscow Open Competition "Traditions and innovations in the system of musical art education of children. The Balakirev project". The methodical textbook is supplied by drawings and is recommended to music teachers at schools and kindergartens.
