Motivation and academic performance in mathematics subjects

This book consists of two parts: in the first part, a review is made of the different conceptions that have emerged over time about motivation. This work focuses on the cognitive approach and takes into consideration variables such as self-concept, causal attributions, and academic goals. In the second part, descriptive and frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, mean difference analysis and multiple regression analysis are carried out.
