Moody's Monsters

We are all little kids in a big world trying to learn to cope with very big feelings. Through mistakes, we learn that the most important things are to own our feelings, apologize when we are wrong, and say sorry. The best part about learning to control our BIG BIG emotions, is we always have our friends the Moody's with us to help us recognize where we may have trouble. This book is about a little girl in a great big world learning to recognize her feelings but also is about teaching other kids how to cope with and recognize their very big emotions through deep breathing and a Moody Monster feelings chart. The goal is to expand the social and emotional development of your child through storytelling.
