Models of Integrated Business

Each year the Electronic Retailing Association Europe organises Europe's biggest home shopping conference. The conference is aimed at companies that are involved in retailing products and services directly to the many millions of consumers around the world who buy goods and services on TV, the internet and other electronic media. In 2015 the conference held its first educational forum, the multi channel money streams (mcms) convention. The mcms invited key industry players including its regulators to discuss the future and upcoming challenges of the industry. This is a summary of the insights gained at this hugely successful event.
