I want to draw you into the complexity of the beehive of my mind.

Before I catch you rolling your eyes at the idea of reading some poetry, hear me out. This idea you have of a pretentious individual writing about the world and themselves, without a care of the ones on the receiving end of the page? Get it out of your system.

Mind Fragments/Fragments de l'esprit will give you a peek at my brain, stream of consciousness, and personal life. Do I think the latter should and could be enough for you to stick around reading this book? Absolutely not.

Some of you will never even wonder about the creator behind these words. Others will be curious as to understand the fullness of my intentions behind every poem. Everyone is different, everyone is one part of a big structure, just like sections of one big full brain, fragments of a universe.

The reader is the driver. You get to choose how you want to approach elements once the material is in your hands. The words are out there for you to grasp, reflect on and play with.
