Microelectronic Systems

This second of two books covers the remaining objectives in the BTEC Microelectronics Systems bank of objectives, usually taught in the second year of a Nationals scheme. As in the first book, 8-bit examples for Z80 and 6502 microprocessors are included. In addition, 16-bit processors are introduced. Similar to the first volume in style and features, this book also includes manufacturers data sheets for memory and other devices.
