As boys we are told to hold back our emotions. As men that gave us the emotional inarticulacy we are infamous for. I've chosen to show the world that emotions can be mastered through effort and self-expression. My name is Max Marvel and this is my story but, it's also yours as well. I've written this book for everyone that has felt like they couldn't find the words to express the emotions they feel. For those who remain silent instead of expressing themselves.
