Mantles: Encountering Brigid is a collaboration between Kildare writer Shauna Gilligan and Roscommon based visual artist Margo McNulty. This book reimagines new representations of Brigid as an archetype of the sacred feminine through engagement with artefacts and site visits, creating a deeply personal narrative in words and images.
