One night in the summer of 2023, Nat was awakened by a dream. The memory of it is lost but seven words lingered on the tip of her mind as she woke, saying, "Your love makes life listen to you." With childlike wonder, she was driven to learn more. She began talking about what she learned in TikTok videos, tagging them with #lovemakeslifelisten. Love Makes Life Listen is a collection of messages she received following that one, along with other writings on love and heartbreak.
