Two of the dragons have been awakened and The Future have been stopped, for now. Cass is enjoying a moment of quiet before school starts once more. So many things have been put on the back burner: her internship, the hunt for remaining dragons, and her relationship with Deston. As his powers grow, so does her fear. Is it possible for a Vedic and Source-born to succeed? Or will Deston betray her and let the dragon magic within consume him?
