Little Bites

Domestic Violence (DV) is not acceptable - violence of any degree is so unnecessary and causes great pain and suffering for too many.

My story is not about the tragedy, the misfortune or the victim label. My story is about using an invisible 'get out of jail free card' and daring to live life again and paint a new canvas.

Throughout the pages of Little Bites, I share my escape route and what worked and what didn't. It is my hope that women and men in similar circumstances feel they, too, can make the great escape and travel beyond to lighter and brighter days and ways of living.
