If you are struggling with a personal issue and have not found a traditional form of therapy to your liking, here is something that might help.This book is my journal and provided me with a method of going through a therapeutic process. It allows you to do it on your own, without anyone else around, and you can write whatever you want at any time.Like all therapy, your emotions will pour out.
