Levsha

The short story "levsha" - is a compulsory part of the school curriculum and the most famous work by Nikolai Leskov. It is an immortal story about a skillful armourer from Tula Levsha, who being an offspring of the common people managed to outshine the English craftsmen. In "levsha" the author makes a try to show one of the problems of the Russian society - the lack of education among the people, disability to open the real talents in it.
