Leviathan's Scream

He used to call the Greek State "e;Leviathan."e; It began as an experiment in power manipulation and vote-catching, but it evolved into an uncontrollable monstrosity that not even its creators can tame anymore. A young private-sector employee, whose life collapses after the 2015 referendum, starts working in a public NHS hospital during COVID-19 pandemic. After the multi-casualty railway accident at Tempi, he seeks a way out of his professional and personal life. The traditional bonds of friendship with a Jewish family from Arta give him the opportunity to escape to the Middle East. A dilemma unfolds before him: will he seize the opportunity or choose to stay in Greece?
